David Miller is a degreed geologist with 21 years of experience in petroleum exploration.  He is skilled in all aspects of permitting, well drilling and completions.  Mr. Miller oversaw the well drilling and completions of over 350 wells in the Appalachian Basin, including 23 Marcellus vertical wells.  Additionally, he was actively involved in the permitting and drilling of nearly 100 Marcellus and Utica horizontal wells.

Prior to joining Kerogen Resources, LLC, Mr. Miller worked as a geologist and Operations Manager for numerous independent Appalachian operators. He was the Permitting Manager and Top Hole Drilling Manager for Rice Energy, LP.  His duties also included overseeing the day-to-day operations of their conventional producing wells.

Most recently, he oversaw all day-to-day operations for 2 – Appalachian Exploration & Production companies, and 1 – Appalachian mid-stream company.
