Alan is a native of Clearfield County and is the current Chief Executive Officer of Bradford Energy Company, Inc. and held former C-Suite roles at several other energy companies in Western Pennsylvania.

Alan is the former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development serving under the Corbett administration.
